This boat is a single owned, never chartered, 3 cabin, one head version of the stunning Bavaria 46 Vision range. Commissioned by her current owner in 2015 to suit his family's needs. His circumstances have changed and he finds that the best option for him, and his family, is to place Quo Vardis on the market. He does get to Malaysia often to utilise her, and also has a full time live aboard skipper living on her, ensuring she is kept in move aboard and ready to go standards.
The Bavaira 46 VISION owe their thoroughbred performance and excellent sailing qualities to the designers at Farr Yacht Design. Each yacht incorporates the experience and technical expertise of the Farr Yacht Design team, responsible in the last 25 years for more than 300 individual designs, of which more than 40 have won world championships. The BAVARIA design and production team and the designers from Farr Yacht Design have collaborated to develop an individual load profile for each yacht, which is later used to optimise the laminate plans and reinforcements. Her hull and deck are made of sandwich construction with foam inserts. Where fittings are mounted, the deck is reinforced with aluminium sheets.
This yacht is made for people who want to stay on board for long periods of time without compromising any luxuries. . Quo Vardis has space for living and storage space for everything you like to have with you when sailing. She is voluminous and light and beamy, and the living area has space for lounging, working, entertaining and also incorporates a drop down saloon table which converts into a large double berth. This boat easily sleeps 7 people. With inboard Air-conditioning, she is comfortable and welcoming, offering relief from the tropical heat. She has 3 single berths, and a double V berth, as well as a double convertible in the saloon, and if needed, a double convertible berth in the cockpit.
She offers a unique cockpit design with offset companionway allowing for a large port cockpit table that is electrically lowered and convertible to a day/lounging bed. With twin wheels, the helm can be taken on either tack. She also comes with in mast furling, and is an easy sailing vessel to man single handed and short handed.
Quo Vardis has never been chartered. She is an incredibly well maintained and equipped cruising yacht. Currently she is berthed in Langkawi, a duty free port on the west Coast of Malaysia, on the Andaman Sea, on the border of Thailand.
