For sale: A well-maintained Aicon 56 yacht in excellent condition, located in one of the best marinas on the Adriatic Sea, with a parking space included. The yacht has been regularly serviced and anti-fouled.

The interior features a spacious living room with a large TV and satellite system, and comfortable seating. The separate dining area is equipped with a well-fitted kitchen, including a large fridge-freezer, microwave, and induction cooktop.

On the lower level, there is a washer-dryer, a guest bathroom with a shower, and three cabins. The master cabin has a large double bed, built-in and hanging wardrobes, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The bow cabin also has a double bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, and a hanging wardrobe. The third cabin has twin beds and a large hanging wardrobe. At the stern, there is an air-conditioned skipper cabin with a bathroom.

The yacht offers plenty of storage space, with individually adjustable air conditioning and heating in every room. The interior is beautifully furnished with lacquered solid wood furniture and doors, and attractive upholstery. The yacht has a large inverter that provides power to the sockets even while cruising.

On the exterior, all leather seats (at the rear, on the flybridge, and on the bow sunbathing area) are only two years old. The flybridge is equipped with a fridge, sink, and grill. The yacht is equipped with autopilot, navigation system, bow thruster, shore power and water system, and a high-performance generator for power supply at sea.

The engine room houses two Caterpillar diesel engines. The excellent condition of the engines can be verified at the official Caterpillar service in the marina.

Eladó egy kiváló állapotú Aicon 56 hajó az Adrián, az egyik legjobb kikötőben, parkolóhellyel. A hajó rendszeresen karbantartott és algavédett. Belső tere egy tágas nappalit tartalmaz, nagy tévével és műholdas rendszerrel, ülőgarnitúrával. A különálló étkező jól felszerelt konyhával rendelkezik, amely nagy hűtő-fagyasztóval, mikrohullámú sütővel és indukciós főzőlappal van ellátva.

Az alsó szinten mosó-szárítógép, vendég WC és tusoló található, valamint három kabin. A fő kabinban nagy franciaágy, beépített és akasztós szekrény, TV, saját fürdőszoba tusolóval, WC-vel és bidével. Az orrkabin szintén franciaággyal, TV-vel, saját fürdőszobával (tusolóval és WC-vel) és akasztós szekrénnyel rendelkezik. A harmadik kabin kétágyas, nagy akasztós szekrénnyel. A hajó tatjánál található klímás skipper kabin fürdőszobával.

Az egész hajó rengeteg tárolóhelyet kínál, minden szobában külön szabályozható klíma és fűtés van. A belső tér gyönyörű lakkozott tömörfa bútorokkal és ajtókkal, valamint szép kárpitozással van berendezve. A hajó nagy inverterrel rendelkezik, amely menet közben is biztosítja az áramellátást.

A külső részen az összes bőr ülés (a hátsó részen, a flybridge-en és az orrnapozón) mindössze két éves. A flybridge-en hűtő, mosogató és grillező is található. A hajó felszereltségéhez tartozik autopilot, navigáció, orrsugár, kiépített parti áram és vízrendszer, valamint nagy teljesítményű generátor a tengeri áramellátáshoz.

A motortérben két Caterpillar dízelmotor található. A motorok kiváló állapotáról a kikötőben lévő hivatalos Caterpillar szervizben lehet érdeklődni.
