Description
"Kluck" is a nicely presented clinker-built wooden folk boat. Built in 1961 in Sweden by Nya Varvet. She has been well maintained throughout her sailing life. Under her current ownership she has proven to be competitive in local regattas and has been a pleasure to sail for her current owners. Trailer to be included in the sale if needed.

Accommodation
She has a simple yet practical layout inside. Four berths in single cabin. Two main berths with V-berth forward. There is a chart table to port with stowage behind. There is a small sink aft of the chart table. There is stowage beneath the two berths amidships.
Mechanical Systems
"Kluck" is powered by a Torqeedo Cruise 2.0 electric outboard engine. She has single lever controls next to the helm on starboard. Recently serviced February 2025.
Electrical Systems
Single 12v domestic battery and a solar charging system.
Sails and Spars
Fractional rig bermudan sloop. Wooden keel stepped mast and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging. Slab reefing mainsail and hank on Jib. Two Andersen 12 Primary self-tailing winches.

Construction
Built in 1961 by Nya Varvet in Sweden. Larch planking with oak centreline and steamed timbers. Cast Iron long keel with a keel hung rudder. Tiller steering. Varnished topsides with a painted non-slip deck made of softwood/plywood and epoxy sheathing. The cabin sides and cockpit are constructed of mahogany.
