Bayliner 2855 PROJECT BOAT. 1997 Bayliner 2855 fitted with a single Mercruiser 5.7lX EFI petrol engine with stern drive single prop. This Bayliner suffered a fuel vaper explosion in the engine compartment. It has damaged the side vents of the hull. There was no fire so no major fire related damage. The Bayliner did not sink. The engine and outdrive have been removed for inspection purposes and they are both mechanically sound as far as we know. This is an ideal project for half the price. No warranty given or implied.
