- Job Title: Telesales New Business Consultant
- Salary: £25,000 salary, with an OTE of £40,000 uncapped.
- Location: Southampton City Centre, SO17 (office based)
- Hours: Full time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Account Management team, focussed on outbound prospecting to potential new clients.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on building new relationships, creating new business opportunities and is motivated by contributing to overall customer growth.
You will be working alongside our Account Management team as well as a variety of other internal teams.

What your day to day looks like:
- Pro-actively contact potential new clients to establish new relationships.
- Manage a database of potential customers and identify new prospects.
- On-board and guide our new clients through our portal to enable them to make the most of our services.
- Attend video calls and face to face meetings with clients where necessary.
- Record information and manage CRM.
- Achieve KPI metrics relevant to achieving yours and the businesses goals.
- Regular sharing of learnings with Account Managers to enable them to offer guidance and support to new clients.
