Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to six berths in two cabins with approx 1.85m max headroom. V berth forward with infill and stowage under. Hanging locker. Opening hatch to foredeck. Separate heads compartment to port with marine toilet and washbasin. Hanging locker opposite. In saloon, settee berths to port and starboard with one berth converting to a double. Fixed table with folding leaves. Chart table to port with quarter berth behind and galley opposite. Nelson Two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven. Stainless steel sink. Manually pumped water supply to galley and heads. 40 gallons freshwater capacity. Fridge unit to ice box. Self draining gas bottle stowage in cockpit. Blue cloth upholstery throughout. Cream curtains. 

Mechanical Systems

Located abaft the companionway, 1988 Volvo Penta 2002 twin cylinder 18hp diesel engine. Electric start. Shaft drive to two bladed folding pitch propeller. Rope cutter to shaft. 30 gallons fuel capacity in stainless steel tank giving approximately 350 mile range at 5.5 knots cruising speed. Maximum speed under power is some 6.5 knots. Construction

Built in 1988 by Westerly Yachts to a design by Ed Dubois. White GRP hull with style stripes. Teak rubbing strakes. Teak toe rail. White GRP superstructure with grey painted non-slip to decks. Treadmaster on the cockpit seats. Teak gratings to cockpit sole. Fin keel. Spade hung rudder. Tiller steering. Aft self draining cockpit. Twin stainless steel bow rollers. The hull was epoxied below the waterline 1994 as a preventative measure. 

Last surveyed in April 2023 - only very minor recommendations. She has been in her current ownership since 2008 and he has cruised her on the East Coast, Baltic and round Britain.
