The Waddenvaarder 25.40 is a historic 25.40m Dutch barge for sale, located in Zuid Nederland, Netherlands. Built in 1902 as a sailing estuary freighter and extended in 1953, it has served various roles including a workship with a deck crane in the 1970s and a cruising houseboat since 1985. The boat has cruised extensively throughout Western Europe, including Briare, France, and features a fully autonomous setup with solar panels, a generator, and an inverter. Fully Rhine certified, the aft cabin, currently used as a workshop, can be converted back to a cabin.

Vanaf 1985 is het schip in gebruik als varend woonschip. De huidige eigenaar vaart met het schip heel west Europa door en is zelfs in Briare Frankrijk geweest. Dit kan nadat alles wat gedemonteerd kan worden om de laagst mogelijke doorvaarthoogte te bereiken, is weggenomen. Ze is instap gereed. De achterwoning is nu in gebruik als werkplaats en dit kan eventueel weer een hut worden. Het is een volledig autonoom schip met onder andere de zonnepanelen, generator, omvormer etc. etc. Volledig Rijn gecertificeerd.
