Construction
The hull, deck superstructure and flybridge are three separate GRP mouldings.
Deck superstructure bolted and bonded to hull along bulwark line, with the joint capped in stainless steel.
Heavy hand lay-up using woven rovings and chop strand mat with integral stiffening. Flybridge complete with seat units bolted to wheelhouse deck.
Four full width plywood bulkheads bonded to hull and deck, complete with bonded longitudinals which form the engine bearers complete the hull stiffening.
Main decks and flybridge deck sheathed in prime quality teak with PRC black caulking compound between planks.
All interior joinery is of selected teak; wipe clean linings in WCs.
Floors throughout the accommodation teak laid with contrasting holly strip.
