L'extension a créé un pont arrière très spacieux qui invite à la détente entre amis. Sous le pont arrière se trouve la cabine propriétaire (tout aussi spacieuse), équipée d'un lit français. Le salon dispose de grandes fenêtres pour qu'il soit très lumineux et offre une bonne vue sur l'extérieur. Ce yacht à moteur est une excellente péniche et est équipé, entre autres, d'un chauffage central moderne, d'un générateur et cuisson électrique. En raison des circonstances, l'entretien n'a pas été effectué correctement ces derniers temps, mais les travaux sont gérables.
Het betreft een verlengde Rijokruiser waarin in het verleden veel is geïnvesteerd waardoor er een ruime boot is ontstaan die zeer geschikt is om lange reizen mee te maken of eventueel te gebruiken is als een woning op het water. Door de verlenging is er een zeer ruim achterdek ontstaan dat uitnodigt om daar met vrienden te ontspannen. Onder het achterdek bevindt zich de, eveneens riante, eigenaars hut die is voorzien van een Frans bed. De salon is voorzien van grote ramen waardoor deze ruimte zeer licht is met tevens goed zicht naar buiten. Dit motorjacht is een uitstekend Varend Woonschip en is onder andere voorzien van een moderne centrale verwarming, generator en elektrisch koken. Door omstandigheden is het onderhoud de afgelopen tijd niet naar behoren uitgevoerd maar de werkzaamheden zijn te overzien.
