Low hours power catamaran fishing boat with twin Suzuki outboards
“Islamorada” is a 2004 Prokat 3660 power catamaran. Designed for offshore fishing, the win hulls give stability and a very spacious cockpit thanks to the 3.9m beam which is covered by a large bimini. Equipped with 2 live bait wells on the transom, 2 more live wells in the cockpit, fresh water wash down, sink, ice maker, outriggers, loads of rod holders and an electric grill, she’s perfectly setup to catch, store, prepare and cook your very own fish of the day!
Powered by twin Suzuki 300hp outboard motors (330 hours from new!) with joystick control, berthing Islamorada from either the master helm position or the flybridge is really easy. Both helms have excellent all-round visibility. At the main helm, twin Raymarine 16″ displays and an Axiom 7″ MFD give you all the GPS, dashboard and fishfinder data you need.
The helm (to starboard) and saloon (to port) are enclosed by a camper canvas, and there are vents for the air conditioning so you can keep cool at sea while waiting for the action to start.
Below decks, there are 2 large (1.5 pax) single bunks, 1 on either side of the tunnel. To port there’s a galley with fresh water sink, electric induction stove and oven. To starboard, the heads include an electric flushing toilet and shower. There is excellent headroom throughout the cabins. A diesel generator powers all systems at sea, including both TV’s, both galley’s, the ice maker and the air conditioning system.
The Prokat 3660 is a great choice for someone looking for a stable, low maintenance, spacious boat with good performance, or someone looking to run fishing charters.
Currently berthed at Republic of Singapore Yacht Club, the new owner can decide to keep her in Singapore, or delivery can be arrange to Indonesia, Malaysia or Thailand.
