A QUALITY SCANDINAVIAN CRUISER. Access is gained to Madison Jane via the Stb side transom door into the large open cockpit. Lady Rose is a well-presented diesel cruiser. The helm is Stb side and is very clear and un-cluttered with very good visibility. The cockpit has a large ‘U’ shaped aft seating and a raised sun lounger too. The hob (Optimus 2 ring burner) and microwave are located behind the navigator’s seat while the fridge is under the helm seat and the sink (hot and cold mixer tap) is behind the helm seat. Both helm and navigator seats will accommodate two persons. Engine access under cockpit floor. To access the Aft Cabin, you remove the centre section of the aft seating to reveal the sliding door. You then step down into the aft cabin. There is a seating area to the Stb side which could be used as a small child’s berth, a central vanity unit and a Port side double berth. It is a nice bright cabin with aft opening port holes. Moving back through the cockpit to the FWD central door, you then step down into the main saloon. Port side has a private Under Cockpit ¾ berth with reading lights, opening port holes, side window and storage locker. The main saloon is light and airy thanks to the 4x windows (2x opening port holes) and the deck hatch. There is a large dinette which converts to a double berth with storage beneath. There’s also a drinks cabinet and storage cabinet too. Opposite the private cabin is the spacious heads. This is fitted with a stylish bowl style hand basin with hot and cold-water mixer tap, manual sea toilet to holding tank, large mirror, surface space and storage cabinet. Lady Rose is a very tidy boat and would make an excellent family boat. Early viewing is recommended.
