LM 30.

Classically beautiful and functional motor sailor from 1983.

The age she has certainly does not show on this lovely lady, she is well maintained and serviced.

The aft area is cozy with plenty of space, lots of stowage space and under a nice canopy.

The galley is functional with 2 gas burners with oven, refrigerator, sink and

reasonable space for crockery etc.

Opposite the pantry there is a captain's berth. Garmin plotter, Vhf with ais and self-steering is fitted.

In the saloon, the sofa on the starboard side has been converted into a double bed, which is nicely and functionally made as a fixed bed. There is still a sofa on the port side.

There is also a toilet with a newly installed holding tank and a shower.

In the bow there is a closable cabin with 2 good berths and plenty of storage space.

Klassisch schöner und funktioneller Motorsegler von 1983.

Das Alter hat sie sicherlich nicht auf dieser schönen Dame zu zeigen, sie ist gut gepflegt und gewartet.

Der Achterbereich ist gemütlich mit viel Platz, viel Stauraum und unter einem schönen Vordach.

Die Kombüse ist funktionell mit 2 Gasherdplatten mit Ofen, Kühlschrank, Spüle und

ausreichend Platz für Geschirr etc.

Gegenüber der Kombüse befindet sich die Schlafkoje des Kapitäns. Ein Garmin Plotter, Vhf mit Ais und Selbststeueranlage ist eingebaut.

Im Salon wurde das Sofa auf der Steuerbordseite zu einem Doppelbett umgebaut, das schön und funktionell als festes Bett ausgeführt ist. Auf der Backbordseite befindet sich noch ein Sofa.

Es gibt auch eine Toilette mit einem neu installierten Fäkalientank und eine Dusche.

Im Bug befindet sich eine verschließbare Kabine mit 2 guten Schlafplätzen und viel Stauraum.
