The Hallberg Rassy 312 is a medium displacement cruising yacht with seakindly, well mannered performance and a comfortable layout below deck.  Easily handled, these attractive cruisers are as happy coastal cruising as they are crossing oceans.  "Blue Lion" is ready to be sailed away today.

Accommodation

The accommodation offers up to five births in two cabins and is pleasantly finished with high quality teak joinery.  There is standing headroom, good ventilation and ample stowage throughout.  In the forecabin, there is a V berth with infill and stowage under.  Opening hatch to foredeck.  Separate heads to starboard with marine toilet, shower and washbasin.  Hanging locker and stowage opposite. 

In saloon there are two settee berths. The backrests lift up to make a wider berth for use in harbour, or extra stowage when at sea.  Fixed table with drop leaves.  Opening hatch to deck.  Chart table to starboard with quarter berth behind and galley opposite. Stainless steel sink with cold manual water system. Eno Two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven. Refrigerator. Blue upholstery.

Mechanical Systems

Located behind the companionway, Volvo Penta D1-30 three cylinder 28hp diesel engine, fitted new in 2018.  Electric start.  Freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger.  Saildrive to folding propeller.  Single lever control.  110 litre fuel capacity in stainless steel tank. The saildrive & the diaphragm were new in 2018.  The engine was last serviced 2024. Approximately 500 hours on the engine.

Built in 1992 by Hallberg Rassy to a design by Olle Enderlein.  White GRP hull with dark blue sheer stripe.  White GRP superstructure with teak laid deck and cockpit.  Aft self draining cockpit.  Long fin keel with encapsulated ballast.  Skeg hung rudder.  Tiller steering. Last surveyed in 2018. Only for sale due to the vendors advancing age.
