OWNERS COMMENTS:
In current ownership for seven years with two previous owners.
ATHENA was based in Torquay, Lymington and then back to Torquay again.
Two years running she completed in the Isle of Wight Yacht Race.
We have decided to bring “Athena to the market because we live in the Midlands and sadly due to other commitments don’t have enough time to use her, plus unfortunately my wife now suffers from sea sickness.
To us she has been a fabulous boat with a large roomy aft cabin, bright saloon with plenty of standing room, fridge, and heating. She is unsinkable with double skin foam core construction, no damp inside, and can be easily sailed single handed with the aid of the Autopilot.
Date of last survey 2011.

BROKERS COMMENTS:
The ETAP’s are well built well thought out designs, and the 30CQ certainly has it’s fair share of strong points. With her sleek and racy appearance, she boast’s a large cockpit space with all at hand for the keen sailor. Plus, due to the cockpits proportions, creates space for a really generous sized aft cabin with bags of storage below. Really attractive lines on deck looking forward with her teak laid decks, and below decks a very pleasant modern, light and airy open plan feel, which very much makes the most of a boat this size.
All in all, she represents a very comfortable cruising yacht with a good specification, and no doubt she’ll be a lot of fun to sail for sure.
