About this Duffy 31

English

I always tell cruisers looking for a Downeast style cruising boat to pay close attention to what the lobstermen are buying as they are looking for a quality hull that is sea kindly and safe. The Duffy 31 is a fantastic example of this as these boats are coveted by the lobsterman community and cruisers alike.

Zeeuws Meisje is an extremely nice example of this proven model. Built to a yachtsman standard this is a fantastic opportunity to buy one of these rugged hulls, decked out with a beautiful interior, full set of electronics, genset, diesel heater and many more options. This is a special boat that offers fantastic value on today's market.

Duffy 31

"The Duffy 31 was designed by Spencer Lincoln in 1983. Her hull lines closely follow those of her larger sister the Duffy 35. The Duffy 31 is a built down, semi-displacement hull with a fine forefoot and flat after section. She has the tumblehome and sweet sheer shared by all the Duffy’s. Her original design as a commercial lobster boat made sea-keeping the top priority in her design. Over the years we have built over fifty Duffy 31’s and they can be found lobstering all over the east coast." ~ Atlantic Boat Company
