The Océanis Clipper 473 has become a great classic: basic, it is perfectly suited for long cruises living as at home.
This owner version has 3 double cabins and 2 bathrooms, a bow thruster and air conditioning. After sailing in the Mediterranean, we crossed the Atlantic with the ARC Rally at the end of 2023 and has all the safety equipment required by the Rally (life raft, dinghy, 4hp 6ch engine, Epirb, AIS beacon, etc. All equipped new are 2023.
A watermaker was also installed in 2023 and allows greater autonomy, essential for long-haul cruising.
Ready to sail: the hull has been recently polished and the antifouling is redone.
The model
The hull of the 473 is elegant and efficient. The deck plan is highly functional, easily handled in small crew. With 2 helm posts for perfect visibility everything is designed to facilitate the manoeuvre: mainsail with long slats and system of quick catch of rees, genoa to cover on reel, rigid log sunblinds, electric winch.
Inside, the enjoys a very nice space by its height under barrot; the front cabin integrates a double bed and the 2 double cabins at the rear allow to sleep 6p comfortably.
