Judel/Vrolijk designers have achieved a unique blend of performance, new modern shapes and space for life on board with the 445 yacht that looks powerful and is uniquely elegant.
Strongly built, the 445’s hull is solid hand-laid fiberglass throughout. Both the large flat deck and cockpit layout are well designed and functional. The twin wheels provide a wide-open lane to the boat’s drop-down swim platform and also allow you to get well outboard when steering.
While cruising, Hanse made singlehanded sailing simple thanks to the low cabintrunk, sight lines forward are excellent. Halyards and control lines run directly to the boat’s twin helms. Combined with the 445’s self-tacking jib supported by effective Lewmar 50 electric winches. This version was built in 2011 but was splashed for the first time in 2012.
This boat is in excellent condition and comes with several premium features and a long list of attractive equipment (equipment list to be sent on request). Several recent upgrades, highly maintained and very clean. Featuring performance sails, the Hanse Smart Mooring System, code 0 with top down furler, full teak decks / cockpit floor & benches and a lot more.

This Hanse 445 version is very closed to the 455 issued in 2015, giving you the same hull and quality of equipment for a lower price. A rare find!
Below decks is a great amount of space for a 44-footer, she is coming with twin cabins aft and a single stateroom forward with an ensuite head and shower.
The saloon is very large and features a sleek leather chic aesthetic, while the L-shaped galley includes plenty of worktop space and lots of storage. There is plenty of space down as well below to install generator, washing machine, dishwasher.
