Mechanical & Electrical Systems

Located in a sound proofed engine box is the marinised International Brit BD154 tractor engine, fitted with the boat in 1972. 4 cylinders. 40hp. Shaft driven to a fixed 3 bladed propeller. Single lever controls. 90 litre plastic fuel tank. Engine was rebuilt in 1994 and has run approximately 522 hour since. Spares for the engine are still available. Annually serviced.

12 volt domestic battery. 12 volt engine start battery. Alternator charging.
