Built in the Flemish town of Londerzeel with an eye for quality and detail, the ‘one-off’ Rupelkruiser is one of a kind. The entire design and construction were coordinated by the current owner/builder and his then team of experts.
The full 12.20m hull length and especially the ship's over 3.70m width result in hefty interior spaces that are more likely to be noticed in a larger yacht. Thanks to the wide gangways, it is easy and safe to step to and from the bow and stern along the high steel sea railings.
The aft deck with outside steering also lends itself easily to several people enjoying the sun or shade under the recent neat hood.
The sturdy DAF engine was always technically maintained with original parts, the exhausts were provided in stainless steel 216L, thick-walled stainless steel of the highest quality.
The underwater ship is protected 24/24 with not only International antifouling, but also an ultrasonic system that repels cockles and other fouling.
This cruiser was robustly built and tastefully decorated to last for many years. In any case, its current condition can be called outstanding.
