Rodman 810 2006 for sale in Kent

Accommodation :
This Rodman 810 offers 4 berths in 2 cabins. The forward cabin offers bench seating that easily converts to a large double bed infill, and shelving to both port and starboard. This area also benefits from a wall-mounted TV. Also located in the forward cabin on the starboard side is the Heads compartment, with a sink mounted in a vanity unit with pressurised hot and cold water, marine electric toilet, and mirror.
The wheelhouse saloon area offers great natural light and great visibility through two large forward and two side-facing windscreens.
The single-seat helm position is located on the starboard side with wheel steering, engine controls, access to Chartplotter, Radar, CD player/radio, VHF, AIS Transducer and the control switches for the boat. The port side allows for a booth seating area with a table that opens out and drops to convert to a double berth.
The large wheelhouse offers lots of storage with under-seat storage to the booth and Shelving around the edge of the wheelhouse to both port and starboard.
The galley is located directly behind the helm on the starboard side, and is equipped with, a single gas hob, cupboard storage, 12 – volt fridge, and single stainless-steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water.
The patio doors led out to a large aft cockpit, giving access to the Volvo Penta engine and additional storage in the stern.

Over the past 50 years, the Rodman Group has built and delivered over 15,000 boats worldwide. Since its founding by D. Manuel Rodriguez in 1974, the Rodriguez family has remained actively involved, continually designing, building, and delivering high-quality boats without interruption.
This Rodman 810 was built in 2006 with its white hull and superstructure, self-draining cockpit stainless steel hand and grab rails. The boat was last out of the water in April 2023 for anti-fouling, replacement anodes and her hull polished. The vessel was lifted again this year, 2024, for a hull polish and anode check.

This Rodman 810 is fitted with a single 225HP D4 Volvo Penta engine powering a shaft driven four-bladed propeller. This engine currently has approx 800 hours. This engine is supplied by a 247 litre plastic fuel tank. Max speed of approximately 24 knots with a cruising speed of approximately 16 knots. This Rodman 810 is also fitted with trim tabs and a bow thruster.
Electrical Systems
5 x 12-volt batteries, (1 x Engine 2 x Domestic 1 x Bow thruster 1 x Anchor windless) charging from engine alternator, and battery charger, and solar panel. This Rodman 810 also benefits from a 240v shore power system with ring main.
