1998 Northeast 400, designed by Mark Ellis and built by Cabo Rico Custom Yachts, with 100 hp Yanmar 4JH2-UTE diesel engine (last serviced in 2023) and full cruising inventory. As well as numerous recent upgrades, including new bow thruster, s/s fuel and water tanks, solar panels, deck hatches and cabin upholstery, a considerable sum has also been spent been on refurbishing the topsides / superstructure including servicing window / port light seals, varnishing all external woodwork and repainting non-slip decks.
