Sailing boat NAUTICAT 331 „BALTO“
We offer for sale the Finnish sailing boat NAUTICAT 331, year built 1998, operation since the year 2001.
The boat was used exclusively by the owners and their families, currently the second owner.
Below decks there are two double cabins, saloon with a folding table, separate kitchen and a spacious WC with a shower.
Equipment – rigging SELDEN, sails NORTH SAILS, engine YANMAR 4JH2-DTE with a power 58.8kW, fuel tanks 500l, water tank 450l, waste tank 41l, 1x electric toilet, separate shower, shower in cockpit, boiler for a hot water, diesel heating WEBASTO.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner gas stove with an oven and a 120l refrigerator.
Reverse air conditioner DOMETIC FRESHWELL FW 3000 (heating/cooling) is installed in the saloon.
RAYMARINE electronics, service batteries 12V/360 Ah, 2x solar panel.
Hydraulic steering system, one rudder in the saloon, the second in the cockpit.

In the year 2023 the underwater part of the hull was sanded and given a new anti-fouling coating, all valves and passages of the hull were replaced, a new waste tank was installed and the toilet hoses were replaced.
Due to regular services and equipment changes, the boat is in good overall condition, only the teak on the deck needs to be replaced and some parts of the interior painted.
This is a ketch of very high quality construction with above standart equipment compared to other sailing boats.
Its design is suitable for a long cruises.

The boat can be used immediately without major investments.
