Description of layout from forwards:

Forward Cabin:

• Spacious V-berth.

• Dinette table can be lowered to form a double bunk.
• TV mounted on the forward bulkhead.

Deck Equipment

• The deck of the Mainship Pilot 34 is constructed for easy movement fore and aft, great visibility and good access to the water.
• A swim platform and ladder on the stern are accessed through a door on the port side of transom. Side decks are wide enough for easy movement forward and protection is provided by stainless steel rails which surround the deck forward of the cockpit.
• There is a lot of space on the foredeck for people to enjoy the sun and the motion of the boat.
• A short bowsprit  houses the anchor roller and a fortress anchor and chain
• Behind that is a Simpson Lawrence electric windlass with a chain locker behind.

Pilot House:

• Wide helm & passenger seat in the pilothouse.
• Chaise lounge style seats behind the helm and passenger seats.
• All instruments are at the helm, as are the trim tabs, bow thruster & windlass controls.
• On the port side is a flat 'chart table' with Lexan chart cover.
• The windscreen has 3 sections, the middle one of which opens for ventilation. The outer 2 have wiper blades.
• At the rear end of the pilothouse, is an aluminium arch which houses the Radar as well as antennae. It serves as a hand hold as one exits and enters the cockpit.
