Troubadour is a beautiful and unique Huckins 44 that has been fully enjoyed in the past three seasons by caring owners. Prior to that she was in Florida and captain maintained. Viewing of Troubadour is highly recommended as she was custom-built to blend the best features of the Huckins Atlantic hull with the best of the Huckins Sportsman styling. Accommodations
Saloon entrance from the bridge deck is to port and down three steps. Large leather L-shaped sofa to starboard which converts to a very comfortable 2 person bed. To port are 2 chairs and a small coffee table. Custom corner built-in mahogany desk with bookshelf. Saloon is large enough for a high-low table which is ideal for cocktails or turns into a dining table to accommodate 4 comfortably. Large sliding windows make the saloon space light and airy.
Master stateroom is located forward. Center line queen berth with storage below. Port and starboard cedar line hanging lockers with shelves. Custom mahogany trim molding around berth. Two 110 volt AC outlets. LED lighting on dimmer and overhead hatch.
Saloon and stateroom each have 8000 BTU reverse cycle Marine Aire A/C and heat units.
Galley
Galley is located down one step and forward of saloon. It is L-shaped with Corian counter, S/S sink and custom teak veneered flooring. Kenyan ceramic cook-top and ample storage above and below counter. Built- in Sub-Zero refrigerator. Overhead recessed LED lighting on a dimmer and overhead hatch.
Head
Spacious enclosed head is opposite the galley on the same level. Corian counter and sink with Delta single lever faucet. Raritan electric head. Ample storage above and below counter. Fully enclosed shower stall with solid curved door. Mirror, overhead hatch and 110 volt AC outlet.
Deck
Freshly varnished mahogany trim makes her stand out. Mahogany anchor pulpit with Lewmar 2-way windlass foot controls and S/S plow anchor with 50’ chain and 200’ rode. Huckins custom designed chrome/bronze cleats: 2 bow cleats, 4 spring line cleats & 2 stern cleats. Huckins unique handrails mounted on trunk & deck house roof, S/S handrails along bridge sides. Ample cockpit storage.

Electricial
Vessel runs off a single 50 amp power cord which is conveniently accessed in cockpit and stored via a Glendinning Cablemaster located on the starboard side of the engine room. While at anchor or off the dock a 5.5kw Phasor generator looks after the entire ship's supply. The 12-volt system includes three 8D batteries which look after the ship's systems and engine start . A dedicated Group 27 is for the generator. A Mastervolt PowerCharger 12/40-3 is located starboard side in the engine room.
