REMARKS
The Original Devon Lugger is a stable, trailerable day sailer, that can be cruised sinqle handed and able to accommodate five or more without overcrowding. ldeal for cruising the rivers of the East Coast. This two owner example is offered with many extras including a braked road trailer, 2022 electric outboard, factory fitted hardwood rubbing strakes, side bench lockers and lots more. Although built in 2010 when purchased by the current owner in August 2022 boat and trailer were almost in new condition. It had been very lightly used on Rutland Water Reservoir by the original owner and stored under cover. For the last two seasons it has been sailed on the River Blackwater in Essex and berthed at Bradwell Marina. It has been wintered ashore and the trailer has never been used in salt water." It has been much admired by berth holders in Bradwell Marina.
