We are pleased to bring to market 'Sylviane' a highly spec'd example of this rare to market Beneteau Oceanis 40 CC. Having been extensively upgraded by her current owners over the last 10+ years. Owners remarks
My wife and I bought 'Sylviane' in 2014 after retirement. She had all the qualities of a live-aboard boat which appealed as this was going to be our new venture with more time on our hands. After a season in Chichester Marina we sailed south west locating her in Falmouth fro two summers. We then sailed her around Brittany, and kept her in La Roche Bernard. She was the perfect boat to spend long summers, exploring the Biscay coast. We returned to Chichester in 2022.
'Sylviane' is a beautiful yacht for cruising and staying aboard, with it's spacious and elegant aft cabin. Guests find the forwards cabin and separate heads very comfortable and appealing. The raised saloon gives the sense of light, and the aft 'sun' deck is perfect for a G&T before dinner.
'Sylviane' has a stylish profile, and has the combination of being sturdy but sails well, making 7-8 knots on a close reach. She is not tender, and takes waves well.

Accommodation :
Saloon:
An oval-shaped saloon is situated to starboard, slightly elevated to accommodate the water tanks beneath.
Navigation Station:
Located to port, adjacent to the saloon.
Galley:
A longitudinal galley runs along the port side, leading to the aft cabin.
New Eno2 cooker fitted April 2024.
Aft Cabin:
The master suite includes a centreline double bed and a private bathroom with en-suite electric heads.
Forward Cabin:
The guest cabin at the bow offers a double bed and a second bathroom located in the extreme forward section.
Heads includes a holding tank.
