1999 Hallberg Rassy 31. With one of the longest production runs of any model built by the renowned Scandinavian builder the 31 offers the same elegance and high level quality as any of her larger sisterships. 'Mullbar' is in her third ownership since new and has been well cared for by the current and previous owner, all standing rigging and most running rigging was replaced last year along with new batteries and a full programme of maintenance through the winter. She offers tiller steering, fin keel, Volvo Penta engine and a good specification that includes Raymarine Chartplotter, Garmin GPS, autopilot and heating with accommodation for six between the fore and aft cabins and the saloon. A fantastic boat with all the pedigree that goes along with the Hallberg Rassy name.

Broker comments
A fun and fast, yet safe and extremely well-built ocean going family cruiser; the much acclaimed 31 boasts typical Hallberg-Rassy traits combined with a well protected cockpit and easily managed sail plan. The interior woodwork and joinery is mahogany, a wood choice that has become a Hallberg-Rassy trademark. Extremely well laid out for her size with a spacious galley, saloon, full size navigation table, large head and shower compartment and two cabins which gives you volume and space that you would normally find on a much larger boat.
