A little bit of history
Princess Yachts International is a British company founded in Plymouth in 1965. It was bought in 1981 by a South African businessman Graham J. Beck, who sold the company to French businessman Bernard Arnualt's investment group for £200 million in June 2008.
Over subsequent years, Princess Yachts has established itself as the leading boat builder in Europe, consistently producing revolutionary design and ageless elegance throughout its range. Based in some of the most modern facilities in Europe, every Princess craft undergoes a rigorous and uncompromising build, testing every detail of its design and manufacture. Princess Yachts has introduced more than 80 models. Around 350 yachts are produced yearly by the by its 1,500 employees, and almost 95 percent of boats produced are exported to exclusive distributors throughout the world.
Design and development

The Princess furniture shop has a state-of-the-art CAD system and manages the quality of systems by in-house engineering the majority of its glass, metal and electrical systems. Princess boats are subjected to one week of sea trials in the English Channel.
V Class
